1. 协议接受与服务定位
欢迎使用灵狗翻译（英文名：Lingo Translate，以下简称“本扩展”或“本软件”）。本软件是一款面向技术文档、网页阅读的纯客户端浏览器翻译扩展。
当您安装、启用或使用本扩展时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本用户协议（以下简称“本协议”）的约束。若您不同意本协议的任何条款，请停止使用并从浏览器中移除本扩展。
2. 软件性质与分发说明
本扩展通过浏览器应用商店分发。安装、更新及版本可用情况以您所使用的应用商店详情页为准。
- 本扩展自身不包含任何内购、会员付费（Pro 订阅）或充值通道。
- 开发者不通过本扩展收取任何软件许可使用费。
3. 第三方大模型服务与凭据责任
本扩展提供翻译渲染引擎与请求发起功能，本地词典可直接提供词条译文；需要大模型翻译时，由用户自行配置的服务（如通义千问、OpenAI、Gemini、DeepSeek、本地 Ollama 等）生成译文。
- 费用结算独立性：调用第三方云端 API 所产生的 Token 消耗与费用，属于您与对应模型服务商之间的独立商业关系。本扩展不代收、不抽成，亦不承担因 API 欠费、限流或账户封禁导致的翻译中断责任。
- 凭据安全责任：用户在本地配置的 API Key 属于个人敏感凭据。凭据存储于本地浏览器，在请求时用于向您配置的服务端点鉴权；配置导出可能包含凭据，且未额外加密，请妥善保管。因用户自身泄露或误用凭据造成的损失，由用户自行承担。
- 本地 Ollama 运行：若选择本地部署模型，其推理速度与硬件占用取决于您本机的软硬件环境。
4. AI 生成内容免责声明
基于大语言模型的自然语言处理特性，AI 存在不可避免的模型幻觉（Hallucination）与理解偏差。
- 大模型翻译结果由所调用的模型实时输出，开发者无法预审或控制输出内容，亦不对翻译的绝对准确性、完整性、合法性或时效性提供任何明示或暗示担保。
- 翻译内容仅供个人阅读与技术参考，不构成任何法律、医疗、金融、工程或其他专业领域的权威依据。
- 因直接或间接采信翻译结果而引发的任何业务损失、决策失误或纠纷，开发者不承担赔偿责任。
5. 用户行为规范与合法使用
您在使用本扩展时应遵守相关法律法规，并承诺：
- 遵守您所调用的第三方模型服务商的可接受使用政策（Acceptable Use Policy）。
- 不利用本扩展从事侵犯他人著作权、商业秘密、隐私权或其他合法权益的行为。
- 不利用本扩展用于自动化恶意抓取或干扰第三方网站正常运行的活动。
6. 免责声明与责任限制

- Tool Nature: Lingo Translate is a free, client-side reading assistant. There are no paid memberships, tiers, or subscriptions.
- Bring Your Own API: Local dictionaries need no API key. Model translation requires your own API access, with costs and quotas managed by your chosen provider.
- AI Output Disclaimer: Model translations come from your chosen service; dictionary results come from local entries. Check translations against the original text.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Overview
Welcome to Lingo Translate (referred to as "the Extension" or "the Software"). Lingo is a client-side browser extension tailored for translating technical documentation and webpages.
By installing, enabling, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the Extension.
2. Availability and Distribution
The Extension is distributed through browser extension stores. Check the store listing for installation, updates, and version availability.
- The Extension does not require or offer in-app purchases, Pro memberships, or recurring subscriptions.
- The developer does not charge any licensing or software fee for using the Extension.
3. Third-Party LLM Services & API Credentials
The Extension serves as an interface and rendering engine. Local dictionaries provide matching entries directly. Model-based translations use endpoints configured by you (such as OpenAI, Qwen, Gemini, DeepSeek, or local Ollama).
- Independent Billing: Token usage and fees incurred when invoking third-party cloud APIs are governed by your agreement with respective providers. The Extension does not collect, manage, or take commission from these transactions.
- Credential Security: API keys configured locally are sensitive credentials stored in your browser and sent to your configured endpoint for authentication. Configuration exports may contain these keys and have no added encryption. Safeguard your keys and backup files against misuse.
- Local Ollama Deployment: When using locally hosted models, performance depends on your local hardware environment.
4. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
Large Language Models are probabilistic systems susceptible to misunderstandings and hallucinations.
- Model-based translations are output in real time by the chosen model. The developer does not review or endorse the output and disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Translations are for reference and reading assistance only. They do not constitute professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or architectural advice).
- The developer is not liable for any losses, decisions, or disputes resulting from reliance on translated content.
5. Acceptable Use & Conduct
When using the Extension, you agree to comply with applicable laws and commit to:
- Abide by the Acceptable Use Policies of any third-party model providers you connect to.
- Not use the Extension to infringe copyrights, trade secrets, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Not use the Extension for automated malicious scraping or disrupting third-party websites.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
- The developer does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation across all browser versions, platforms, or webpage DOM structures.
- The developer is not liable for failures caused by external API endpoint outages, network disruptions, or browser extension policy revisions.
- In no event shall the developer be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
7. Modifications to Terms
The developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Your continued use of the Extension following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
